True to its name, Pets for Pets is a pet feeder specialized for cats, dogs, and birds. It is composed of waste PET bottles integrated into the main plastic structure, making it an environmentally friendly choice. By utilizing Torricelli's law, the design relies on the inverted position of 5-liter and 1.5-liter bottles to function as a simple food reservoir and water tank.

This design is particularly beneficial for pet owners who need to leave their animals at home during long journeys. With Pets for Pets, they can rest assured that their pets will have access to food and water. Additionally, the design features a channel inside that serves as a waterway for birds, making it a versatile choice for different types of pets.

Pets for Pets goes beyond serving individual pets; it also caters to stray animals in the neighborhood. The design can be easily combined with other sets, forming up to 4-pieced sets of each. These sets can be hung on streetlight poles or other structures, providing feeding stations for stray animals. This thoughtful feature promotes the well-being of not only owned pets but also the welfare of stray animals.

Aslıhan Tokat, an assistant designer, collaborated with Hakan Gürsu to bring this innovative pet feeder to life. Their combined efforts resulted in a design that is both practical and sustainable, addressing the needs of pets and pet owners alike.

Pets for Pets has received recognition for its outstanding design. In 2014, it was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Pet Care, Toys, Supplies, and Products for Animals category.
